Olive Tree Bonsai Workshop

Each ticket is designed for one guest and includes their own bonsai tree, tools, and workspace for a fully hands-on experience.

Join us for an unforgettable experience of creativity, nature, and connection at Gary's Brewery & Biergarten, featuring one of our Level 2 bonsai species: the Olive tree. Known for its silvery-green foliage, textured bark, and timeless symbolism of peace and longevity, the Olive (Olea europaea) brings a classic, Mediterranean feel to bonsai that only becomes more beautiful with time.

This workshop is part of our Level 2: Flowering & Fruiting Bonsai series. Previous bonsai experience is recommended, as these species require a bit more attention to watering and care. If you’ve taken one of our Dwarf Jade beginner workshops, this is a great next step to expand your collection and skills.
